چکیده

Although most orthodontists avoid extractions, treating patients with biprotrusion traditionally involves removing teeth. In the current case report, a 15-year-old deaf patient had Class II molar and canine relationships, 8 mm overjet 3mm overbite, 3 of discrepancy between U/L midline, crowding in both arches (3 upper 7 lower). The first right (16) left lower molars (36 46) were severely MIH affected. Extraction four was proposed, since large amount space required three very compromised severe MIH. Tooth 26 extracted to maintain symmetry arch because extraction premolar would not allow for alignment associated class correction canines on side. During closure spaces, third eruption observed, an appropriate position. Facial analysis shows us coincidence midline face good exposure incisors smile. There considerable reduction dental protrusion, enabling passive lip sealing. A perfect fit I superior teeth obtained considered that treatment already did want collaborate hygiene use orthodontic appliances more time.

Molar incisor hypomineralization (MIH): conservative treatment management to restore affected teeth.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the 12-month clinical performance of glass ionomer restorations in teeth with MIH. First permanent molars affected by MIH (48) were restored with glass ionomer cement (GIC) and evaluated at baseline, at 6 and at 12 months, by assessing tooth enamel breakdown, GIC breakdown and caries lesion associations. The data were analyzed using the chi-square test ...
